Recent transactions and transaction values include the acquisition and financing of 36 retirement and nursing homes in 5 provinces ($270 Million); acquisition and financing of two industrial building portfolios ($80 Million) and two apartment complexes ($75 Million); acquisition and financing of three major shopping centres for a closed-end pension fund vehicle ($100 Million); the financing of a 42 property franchise operation in 5 provinces for a major life insurance company and a financing of a new office tower in Toronto ($250 million).
