John D. Bogart, Q.C.
	John D. Bogart, Q.C. is a prominent senior commercial real estate lawyer with more than forty years experience. He was formerly a partner of the law firm Robertson, Lane, Perrett, Frankish and Estey in the 1960's and 70's. His practice includes insurance company and pension fund, joint ventures, oil and gas syndication and financing, real property acquisition and secured lending work.

George A. Robertson
	George A. "Bunk" Robertson has practised in the commercial real estate area for over twenty-five years. Mr. Robertson was also a partner of Robertson, Lane, Perrett, Frankish and Estey prior to the formation of our predecessor firm in 1978. His practice is concentrated in secured lending and real property acquisition and co-ownership transactions.

Brian W. Chu
	Brian W. Chu has practised in the commercial real estate and corporate areas for more than fifteen years and was formerly a partner of Shibley, Righton preceded by Bogart, Russell, Campbell, Robertson. His practice emphasis includes secured lending, acquisitions and dispositions of assets, oil and gas financings and computer technology related acquisitions.

Richard C. Bogart
	Richard C. Bogart, practises in commercial real estate and corporate law. He commenced his legal career with the firm in 1995. His practice concentrates upon commercial leasing, secured lending and purchases and dispositions of commercial and other property.
